Many people don't realize that John Cuneo had performing horses long before he had exotics. This is the year Konyot and Dianne Olds Rossi worked with him. I have been told by a number of people that his Portuguese Lusitanos were some of the best in the United States at the time.

i was fortunate enough to see the horse fantasy at the New Orleans Shrine Circus the weekend JFK was assasinated, and it was one of the mst beautiful displays i've ever seen. everything was first class, right down to the poublicity photos. i also met mr cuneo and dianne, who was quite a beauty at the time.
i'm enjoying catching up with everything after another hospital visit, this time for a staph infection.
