I presume you mean Sonny Frankello. I don't know the young lady's name, unfortunately.
Sonny is in Kerstcircus Ahoy in Rotterdam, Holland over the Christmas season. Likewise Suzanne Berdino with Arena's horses, amongst other acts.

The yound lady's name is Jennifer.
She and her brother Erwin (who was injured by a bull last year) will be presenting part of the herd at the Christmas Circus in Offenburg.

Do you know anything about this specific elephant in the picture? She has some "traits" that suggest she "pops" people now and then.
