Bertram Mills window card

A while back some "European joker" anonymously suggested that the American Circus keep up with the free ticket scam, to fill up the seat here like in Europe. I think Bertram Mill's had an idea along the same line's with "reduced prices for parties" in England. So it is an idea that has had some success overseas. Thank you for suggesting it, Irvin Feld
