A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Wade, I see what you mean. This exhibit really showcases how a snow leopard is camouflaged in all seasons. I don't know if I have ever mentioned that this is my third favorite big cat.

Mary Ann,
No, you never did. But I assumed is was in your list of TOP TEN someplace. LOL
Wade
Wade, that's really funny because as you know, there are only seven species of big cats: lions, tigers, snow leopards, leopards, jaguars, cheetahs, and cougars. Some people count cloudies as eight.
Mary Ann
Mary Ann,
I don't consider Clouded Leopards either, I just inserted Arabian horses, male silver back gorillas, and male Asian elephants to give you a well rounded animal animal TOP TEN. Wade
Wade, great choices! Except that I just fell in love with a female Asian elephant in September...
Mary Ann
Mary Ann,
Love a female Asian. Lust is when the males mesmerize you. Some are real special.
Wade
