Player in the World Circus Festivals Circuit--"City of Latina"

It has been pointed out that in an effort at validity, Monte Carlo has attempted to use "artists" on the jury panel instead of producers, owners, agents, etc which caused an obvious conflict of interest.
On this jury panel 13 members are listed but 11 are pictured. Jose Gonzalez, owner Cirque Mundial, Spain. Alan Frere, Artistic counselor for the Monte Carlo Festival, France. Enis Togni, Founder of Togni American Circus, Italy. Franz Tihany, owner Tihany Circus, Mexico. Leonid Kostyuk, Director Moscow and Bolshoi Circus, Russia.(convince me he doesn't act as an agent) Alexander Kalmykov, Artistic director Rosgoscirk, Russia. Cheng Haibao, Vice President Shanghai Acrobatic Troupe, China.(convince me he doesn't act as an agent) Peter Dubinski, President of Firebird Productions, Inc. USA???(Check out Firebirds web site. Does it look like an agency?) Istavan Kristof, Director of the circus festival in Budapest, Hungary. (convince me someone on his staff isn't an agent) Eugene Chaplin, Artistic Director Circus Nock, Switzerland. The last one is Frank Keller, "Marketing Director" of Circus Krone, Germany.
Listed but not pictured are Egidio Palmiri, President of the Italian Circus Authority, Italy and Mirilla Luliano, Honorary President of the "G Montico" Cultural association, Italy. I am assuming she was made Honorary President, as the President Giulio Montico passed away a month and a half before the Festival. Listed as staff members with Mirilla Luliano are, Fabio Montico, Fabrizio Montico, Fabiola Montico, and Flavia Montico.

Each time I address something like this, I get a lot of "you are such an ass!!!", "only your opinion counts right???" or the classic, "what difference does it matter, it's not important???" I concede it doesn't matter at all. Which is why I will keep asking for an explanation and understanding, on how these deals work, and as it "does not matter, and is not important", folks with a knowledge of World Circus Festivals(like folks with a knowledge of OABA) should be able to easily explain, for us uncultured folks in the industry.

Being a member of ECA their mission statement, which might suggest self serving, is none the less noble:

The International Circus Festival "City of Latina" pursuing its great ambitions became in few years a point of reference of the international circus appointments and "the Circus Pole for Southern Europe" together with the Italian one. This international and national role puts Latina in the middle of circus attention national and international.
The presence of artists under 21 is the result of the choice to bet on young people and their formation in circus schools and international Academies. The international Circus Festival is member of the European Circus Association. The event, is the only one in Italy obtained, thanks to the success of the past editions, international resonance and definitely entered in the circuit of the World Festivals.
The International Circus Festival, to chooce acts pays the maximum attention and takes care of the animals authorising their presence only with tamers who use methods without coercion or any other form of violence. Acts admitted at the shows, need to certificate animals and tamers must respect the rules imposed by the legislation. ("tamers?????" and there again is that misleading term, "Certificate???"

This panel of judges representing, Russia, China, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Hungary, France, Switzerland, Germany and the United States?????? on the "International World Circus" scene, not that it is important, because nobody uses their "awards" for self promotion anyway as we have been told, awarded these prizes:

Gold-- 1 to China and 2 to Russia
Silver--1 to Bielorussie, 1 to Russia, and 1 to the Ukraine
Bronze--1 to Ukraine, 1 to Italy, and 1 to Mongolia

Medals from the President of the republic of Italy--Flavio Togni and the family of Giulio Montico (Fabio and Fabrizio Montico are listed as "partners" in the festival, what ever "partner" means, and I am not assuming corporate sponsorship as well as ECA, Monte Carlo, Cirque Dumain, Cirque Mundial, China WuQuia, and Cirque Solei Delirium, among others.

Anybody besides myself have a difficult time understanding the definition of "World Circus Awards Festival??"
