Causeway Safari Park--Part 5

Last Saturday, I was asked "why I objected so strongly to OABA flying to Monaco and becoming a member of the newly formed European Federation Mondiale du Cirque headed by Princess Stephanie of Monaco. Because I have been following the HANDING OVER of the leopards from the moment OABA started glad handing over there, that's why. And I have watched the whole thing unfold relating to Causeway, although I had been misinformed about it's location, which may or may not be relevant.

Now let's look at Prince Albert of Monaco's statement to the press a couple of weeks before Mr. McCary, who is representing OABA of which the CIRCUS Animal Fund/Animal Welfare Committee are a part, popped over to break bread with Albert's sister and pledge support for her new organization:

The 16-year-old siblings had been HANDED OVER by Prince Albert of Monaco to the Born Free FOUNDATION, an international wildlife charity(read SANCTUARY), as "PART OF A PROGRAM TO RELOCATE EXOTIC ANIMALS FROM ZOOS.

They had been housed at the principality's cliff-top Jardin Animalier for the last five years "AFTER BEING RESCUED FROM A FRENCH TRAVELING CIRCUS."(That's blatant BS, they were there longer then that.)

"IT WAS BECOMING INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO JUSTIFY KEEPING LARGE ANIMALS HERE,"(I guess the public is to assume, easier in the CIRCUS, right) Albert said Monday when he and the foundation's founder, actress Virginia McKenna, watched the leopards being sedated in preparation for their flight.

"It is a PRIVILEGE for the FOUNDATION(read SANCTUARY) to receive these beautiful leopards and to RE-HOME THEM TO THEIR RIGHTFUL PLACE, Africa," McKenna said in a statement

Now lets review OABA's mission statement: maintain the right of CIRCUS'S and USDA licensed performing animal owners to provide Americans with educational exhibits and performances of exotic animals.

Does anybody see a conflict of interest here?? Do any cage/feline/wild animal think they have been "set adrift", "sent up the river" , "cut loose", "set up", "left out to dry??" Maybe wild animals aren't part of any of this "circus arts and culture" that has become so taa taa.

Mr. Gary Payne, chair of the Animal Welfare Committee OABA, who I have asked for an explanation in the past, in his wisdom wrote an article in the Sept./Oct. 2008 WHITE TOPS titled HOW PROPAGANDA WORKS. He reference the recent 20/20 video in which "extremists showed the same elephant incident over and over, mixed with footage from overseas and sanctuary's are the hero's, and circus's and zoo's are the villains.

I am going to assume by the title HOW PROPAGANDA WORKS he was asking a question, because he sure does not have a clue. I can only assume he has been busy fighting the good cause of elephant rides in a effort to preserve "circus arts and culture," to understand PROPAGANDA. I think it works like this, and please correct me if I am wrong:

The animal activist's pick up on the story of the closed down zoo which is reopened as a Sanctuary with the blessing of the Ulster Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals by a gentleman with "two years of working with CIRCUS horses, tigers, elephants, and llamas on his sterling resume."

The Born Free Foundation picks up on a story that the gent has decapitated 4 lions, and can't remember where he buried the heads, just the bodies, and WHOOPS the records indicate 5 lions but only 4 decapitated bodies. Blimey one has gone missing.

Now we can't discredit the Born Free Foundation as a BIG BAD Sanctuary/Circus hating Animal Rescue Radical Organization. Do you know why? Because our Pal Prince Albert, who we flock to perform for, graciously gave 2 "rescued from the CIRCUS" leopards to them 3 months before they investigated the CIRCUS man for decapitating 4 lions, and losing one. He gave them away, because it was HARD TO JUSTIFY KEEPING LARGE ANIMALS IN THE MONACO CASTLE MENAGERIE. That's brilliant, because now the CIRCUS will have a much easier time of it explaining and justifying how we are going to make out with our beast wagons and elephant pens in the CIRCUS. And who is Price Albert again? He is the clown who was double cheek kissing his friend Virginia McKenna(still think we should be grateful to actress's and Princes, Chris B) while they flew the RESCUED FROM A CIRCUS LEOPARDS over to their RIGHTFUL HOME, Africa. That will really pave the way for justifying beast wagons and elephant pens in the CIRCUS. Wait a minute!!!! Is he the brother of Princess Stephanie who is clamored over to use her yard for the BEST 0 the BEST CIRCUS awards festival each year? Wasn't their father the one who built the MENAGERIE which was TOO SMALL to JUSTIFY KEEPING LARGE ANIMALS and LEOPARDS RESCUED FROM A CIRCUS. And according to reports they are the saviors of the CIRCUS and we should love and revere them and their kindness on us lowly souls. Wayne McCary where you thinking about ALL of us, when you got into the Monaco CIRCUS bed. God knows we all love beautiful women, and we will sometimes lose our head, in a effort to be near them, but did you really think of "the right of CIRCUS(I assume that means myself and my colleagues) and USDA licensed performing animal owners to provide Americans with educational exhibits and performances of exotic animals" before you hooked OABA up to this wagon.

That Mr. Payne is how I have been lead to believe is HOW PROPAGANDA WORKS. And speaking of PROPAGANDA , I asked your associate last week about this deal of seeming to only be concerned with the issues of a few people. Is it the biggest donor's that you work on their issues the hardest, as it seems, I asked him. Mr. Payne only talks about a few organizations as being stellar examples of great care for their animals. He assured me that was not the case, as the Animal Welfare Committee was for everyone in the animal business. Guess what Mr. Payne, you referenced the same 3 organizations that you have over and over in the past, as the best examples of science, and the relationship between animals and humans in the circus. Guess what? Two of your examples don't do business much in the circus. As the old saying goes, what does that make the rest of us? Chopped liver.
