A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Now Wade, not wanting to start a revolt, I have a few others I would also nominate for the Royal Class. Indy, Coco, Hank, and maybe a few of those Ringling bulls as well. Merits to all the bulls of this country and those who partake in their care.
Ryan,
Chill out, Pal. This is not a complete list. It is just a start. Rajah's just a Prince, he hasn't proven himself a King just yet. You earn that title, when you have some age one you and you mature into a Regal carriage.
Wade
I believe Indy in Syracuse should be the King of Kings, for his superior breeding skills.
I'm chilled, I'm chilled. Just wanted to put in my two cents. However, as monarchy goes, Thai and Vance top all. I was never much a fan of Billy, Ranchipur, Dahlip and Groucho as looks go. Tusks don't make them attractive, it's a combination of all the features. Haven't seen Casey in person, but not an attractive elephant either. Let's not forget some of those makhnas though - Sneezy, Khun-Chorn, the Portland boys. Does anyone have any pictures of Sammy from Fort Worth?
Ryan,
I agree about Ranchipur and Sneezy. I have never seen Billy though.
Wade
Wade, at which location was this picture of Sabu taken?
Mary Ann
Mary Ann,
This was taken when Sabu was at Springfield.
Wade
I took the picture of Sabu in 2005.
