Forgetting "tea cup monkeys" that you could order out of a comic book in the 60's for 19.95, I wonder how many lion, tiger, etc. cubs met an early death or terrible captive fate in the day's before animal laws and regulations?

You will not the "high tech" training technique consisted of a collar and leash attached to the side car. The guy should have been a horse whisper, he would have cleaned up.

Hello Wade: I remember back in the early 1970's that a Mall pet shop had a young lion in the window available for sale, I think the price was $800. It was pretty large, probably just under a year old? Luckily, my mom said, "NO!" I have often thought about what may have happened to that lion and what happened to the someone that may have bought it!
