This exhibit was recently renovated, and as Mary Ann states, the "rock wall was raised three feet, and the perimeter wall is new." I have often wondered how many zoo's reassessed their feline exhibits after the tragedy at San Francisco, and went, "oh shit". Moats and perimeter walls were a pretty standard thing.
