I realize at times you may become discouraged, and think "I am never going to learn how to do this, " or "this horse is so stupid," but I would hope this you tube might offer encouragement to keep working hard, and to keep trying and trying. You too can become a horse trainer, and it will pay off someday when you reach the pot of knowledge at the end of the rainbow. God speed on your journey.
Thank you Jody for the download.

Dianne,
I am going to give you a head start tip. Get rid of that candy dressage whip, and get a barrel racing bat. They appear to be much more effective for getting the leg out of the shoulder. Now you are one your own.

My pleasure Wade,
Anything to further your education!
Jody,
I am already at this level. We just have to wait for Madame Col. to catch up.

Well shoot! All these years I've been using the wrong whip. Maybe that's why I get the awlful two legged march and she gets the brilliant one legged march. Then again she is using a really hot low slung horse which I assume makes this all that much easier being he is so close to the ground and doesn't have to lift his leg so high. Well I am re-looking at my training methods, sending Fire Magic to the rent string and beginning anew....Wade you're on your own until I catch up.
I have seen some training videos that were bad, but this is the worst amateurish Thing I have evger seen. I cannot believe that you would put it on this blog and certainly hope that it does not become recognized with any credentials. Obviously its a plug horse that has already bee taught, maybe the day before to Paw and aS BAD AS IT IS SHE IS ALREADY SHOWING The horse behaviors that will have to be cdorrected in order to continue on. Thats the trouble with novice-wannabe trainers in that the early mistakes even so minute have a bearing in future training and the pros know how to be aware of these things and eliminate them immediately. The very beginning there is so wrong I can't waste my time in pointing out what is wrong. It is all wrong. I shudder in looking.
Johnny, I am sure this was all in jest. Lighten up.
What a good idea! Let's teach every backyard horse owner how to make their horses rear when they walk in front of them. Reminds me of a so-called "help" column in Western Horseman many years ago. I used to think this magazine had a little more sense than this. Someone wrote in that they were having trouble with their horse running away with them. The "professional" that did the column told them to put a running W on the horse and the next time he ran away, pull his legs out from under him. I wonder if either survived that "professional" advice.

Dianne,
Now that John Herriott has endorsed they girl and her skill's the tapes should sell like hot cakes. Two videos under the "teaching your horse to rear" video, was 4 1/2 min. of Clinton Anderson showing you "how to stop your horse from rearing." There is a fellow in Florida who has a 2 week "horsemanship" program at his "ranch". One of the useful things you will learn in that two weeks, is "how to fall off a runaway horse safety and without injury." I suggest if the gentleman was any good, he would teach his "students" how to stay on and stop the horse. But I guess that's why I never did a "No Dust Tour" or a "You, your friend Flicka, and the Prairie Cowboy Weekend".
