This is Probst of the eastern part of Germany, and I believe the presenter is Rudiger Probst, whom I saw present much this act at Kronebau in January 2004 - the 1st act ever I saw at that venue.
It should be said that there are 2 presenters by the name of Rudiger Probst. I believe the other one is from the western part of the country. he is in his second season with Merano in Norway this year.

It is difficult enough keeping track of the shows with the same name. If the performers are going to use the same names, I can see where it could be a real cock up. I guess a small isolated world does have an advantage, in keeping things straight.
