You don't see this anymore! Katja had one or two sets that were similar to this with the horsehair drop throatlatch, perhaps not so ornate.

I don't think you can have something "similar" only not so ornate. That's like saying your girlfriend looks like Miss America, only not as pretty. LOL On a saddle horse those horsehair tassels are called a "shoe fly", and they have a purpose as well as being ornamental.
