Written on the back, "Old Bill regularly each day at 3:30 stands and barks eagerly in anticipation of his fish coming, 5 minutes before the keeper makes an appearance, much to the delight of the patrons. Hey Casey, Old Bill is not a performer. I wonder what he was eagerly anticipating?
