Great picture of a beautiful lady and well cared for animals--This is what all Circus should be.

A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Great picture of Alexia and Mambo! This is from the outdoor shows at Monte Carlo. Truely a great family of animal people that I am in admiration of. And my friend vincent Manero says they are also plain nice folks.
Joey,
Alexia is a beautiful women. Kinda goes against the "patch" I often hear. "It is hard to look beautiful and feminine when you work around animals."
Wade
She ou8ght to smile when being pictured close to one of her animals. Smile baby smile.
John,
She is "on deck" if you are a baseball player, "one the sidelines" if you are a football player, "in the wings" if you are a Broadway actress, and "just out of the trenches" if you are a trouper. I will take a sultry, sexy, pout any day of the week. It is usually more honest, then a "cute and charming" smile.
Wade
Boy are you in left field. Latin ladies are taught how to "pout". Its handed down thru bgenerations. I will take the beautiful scandinavian, ANN MARGARET and you can have your professional Pouters. In the world of circus the word for preformers and animal trainers is "smile" and if yoiu don't smile because you sincerely enjoy your work then you are in the wrong business.
John Herriott,
I like Ann Margaret too. As well as Bridget Bardo, as well as Gina Lollibrigida, and the lovely Sophia Loren.
While I love riding Arabians, there my exclusivity stops.
Alexis Caselly is a beautiful women, and this is a great picture. It speaks volumes for show business class.
Does anybody care to give John Milton Herriott a geography/heritage lesson of the beautiful Alexis Caselly? He might like her better.
Wade
John,
The English John, not the All American John, I hope you don't mind if I post your comment here. I don't want Mr. Geography Herriott to miss it. And tell them to scrap that Latin number with the horses, John Herriots all discombobulated. I think he might even believe what is written on a circus poster, and that bit of misinformation was supposed to only be for public consumption.

Because of the time difference, as I write it's 21st July, which is Belgium's National Day. A little piece of trivia, but the lovely Alexia Casselly is Belgian - which is sufficient reason for telling you!
John.
Wade, since Belgium has three official languages Dutch, French, and German, you may or may not be able to ask Alexia "Voulez-vous...". Maybe Margaret can help you with the German, but I don't know anyone who speaks Dutch.
Mary Ann
