For Clean Raul--So he quit's whining about being confused

The Berlin Zoo opened in 1844. Dr. Ludwig Heck, head of the most famous zoo dynasty in history, became director in 1884, and was succeeded by his son Lutz, in 1931. Another son, Dr. Heinz Heck, related by marriage to the Hagenbecks became the first Director of the Munich zoo in 1930. Heinz Heck(Dr. George), a nephew of Dr. Heinz Heck, became the Director of the Catskill Game Farm. The stamp above was issued to commemorate Dr. Ludwig Hecks achievements in the zoological field. The stamps below were issued to commemorate the 125 anniversary of the Berlin Zoo. The 20 mark stamp for Dr. Heck sold for 30 marks, with 10 marks going to the zoo. The stamps below sold for 1,10 marks with 20 marks going to the zoo. The funds are used to rebuild the zoo, and for animal purchases.
