This is also not an "accident". The audience reaction to what happened is interesting as it again illustrates how little the general public actually knows about animals and what they are seeing, good or bad.
Extensive daily "behavior" records/diary are the only way for different people to work with the same animal. You know what you are up against when your "shift" starts.
