Those elephants would be Fritzie, Mitzie and Ziggy [named after Florenz Zeigfield and ended up in Brookfield zoo] Mitzie died in Mills Bros. Wntrqtrs and Ziggy would go from Mills Bros. to Mexico.tanglefoot
The man with his foot on the elephant is midget Major Doyle. The midget gentleman with the three elephants is one of Singer's Midgets, Charley Becker.
