Rita lives in the Bradenton, FL area.
Looks like the Mills Bros Band under the Direction of Joe Rossi father of Benny Rossi.

Who is the brother of Rex Rossi.

O.K. here we go again....K.Y. Seagraves and wife Rita... Back in the early 60's Lee Keener replaced K.Y.
Joe Rossi, had three sons, Rex, Mark and Benny. Read more about the sons in "Spangles, Elephants, Violets and Me." pages 210,211,212. Great book by Oscar and Marion Cristinai's daughter Victoria Belle Cristian Rossi.

Rex name was Joseph jr. Another son was American Airline pilot now deceased, James, Jimmy Rossi. Mother Mary later married Obert Miller founder of Kelly Miller. Joe was circus bandleader.
