San Antonio Zoo, Texas
You will note San Antonio Zoo's manhole cover is bi-lingual. The United States spends millions of tax dollars on bi-lingual signage each year in an effort at being a politically correct weenie. Mexico, on the other hand, has neither the time, tax base, or inclination at such nonsense. Their "bi-lingual heads up" is a rubber tire jammed into an open manhole. "Let that broken leg be a warning to you, pinche Gringo. Instead of gawking around at our dark eyed, raven haired beauties, you would be advised to keep your head down, and watch where you are walking!!!!!"
