Trash service in Coacalco, Mexico

A unique system that has been conducted for many decades. Folks pick up trash daily, free of charge and then go through it and pick out the recyclable items at their home base, then haul what is no good to a city dump.

The young horse without harness and eating out of a "plastic bucket feed bag" is tied to the wagon beside his mother. When he is old enough to pull, it is an easy process for him as he has "been there, done that and seen it all." Not unlike the old practice in the circus of chaining young elephants to their mother or older more seasoned animals.
