The 1980 photo is from Columbus. They had some pretty bad bear exhibits from the 1950s, long before Hanna.

Thank you for the correction. I was going by "zoo in Ohio, maybe Cinn." I assume these bear exhibit's are no longer around. Isn't it a shame that before some of these "oldies" were demolished that a whole series of photo's were not taken of them. There is a fellow over in Germany who travel's to zoo's around Europe taking incredible photo's of old exhibits either in the process of rehabilitation, or of being torn down. I'll post some of his stuff in a few days.
