A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

from Jim Stockley: ..... I asked Jim Clubb, who says "This is Captain Tommy Pinder who we seem to forget was a lion trainer. The act was quite good from what I am told. Of course, Pinders mainly travelled Scotland , so not many people were aware of his abilities. George Pinder Snr is his nephew."
Jim Stockley,
Thank you and thank you, Jim Clubb. We should also direct folks once again to Jamie Clubbs excellent blog, linked on the right which had a great feature on the "cage wagon" style of wild animal training popular many years ago in Pommy Land(did I spell that right, Steve Robinson.)
Regards and be safe Jim, Jim and Steve,
Wade
