This is my favorite picture of Dave Orr. That's Captain Dave above, in the Howard Hughes aviator cap(a hat trademark he flaunts today) with members of his troop the day their Scout Leader Robert Baden-Powell took them to the circus.

Circus people are strange. We love using publicity shots like this but if we caught kids actually sneaking in like this we'd kick their ass.
PS: All jokes aside - my compliments to Mr Orr who seems to be an indefatigable fighter for our rights to have well cared for animals in our circuses.
Actually that picture was taken on one of Ben Davenports shows...We were curious on what was in Ben's ANNEX....First time I have ever told that story...Part of growing up....
