Interesting clip of the Spanish Riding School

I was always under the assumption that mare's were foaled out, and the babies raised at the Piber Stud, and only brought to Vienna for training. Does anyone know if having mare's and babies at the school is standard procedure, or was this a special presentation/fund raiser? With the School attempting to support itself with little government aid, I assume they now have a "marketing staff" and that is when things get real crazy, and tradition tends to fly out the window.
