sad greetings to see this situation repeat itself . Here in nebraska we had sevral situations happen simular but being a cattle and ranchers community seems like they all come to help specially with hay being so plenty here . on sevral ocasion s people were dropping horses on other peoples property at night but there was a stop to that . i dont know why such beautiiful horses were abanden and let go like that but i am sure the community could gather a bale or two of hay .i do realise it happens everywhere but its hard for me to accept maybe age is creeping upon me and has soften me but it hurts .specialy when i hear cases like the Hoffman s yes we need to reform or change . good day softheart Raulps thank you for letting me vent .

Contrary to what was reported, Benevolence V is very much alive and recovering fabulously. He's currently in a foster home receiving wonderful care and admiring every mare that walks by :)

Anonymous,
That is wonderful, wonderful news. Benevolence V was a great show horse, and deserved much better then what he got. Thank you for the update. There are very few horse's with the letter "V" after their name that are/were not superior in all respects.
