Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

I praise Wade for posting this so quickly. The full list of prize winners may be found on the French website aucirque.com in a posting with today's date (18 January). It's a good site, but of far more use to those who understand French.

The email was received at 5:40 pm my time. I don't know what time that is in Monte Carlo.
You have to be on top of this thing. Advance MC paper was very, very, quiet this year. By the winners list, they must have been very embarrassed.
