Alexis Casselly injured

I just received new's that Alexis Casselly was seriously injured when one of the Casselly elephants "lost his balance and fell," crushing Mrs. Casselly right leg with his tusk. The Casselley's were appearing on Gran Circo Mundial in Madrid, and she was admitted to La Paz Hospital, where her prognosis is considered serious. I wish good luck and a speedy recovery to a classy lady and her family.

I have a contact in Spain with good circus connections. The latest he's heard is that things are not as bad as were first expected, BUT he's not sure if that's just PR. I'll keep you posted.

i heard that to, according to a dutch zoo website she only had a 3 inch cut in her thigh and she is already at home. I don't know how mutch of this is true, because of inconsistend repports in the Spanisch and Belgium media about what really happend.
