Actually, I just got word that they are including, free of charge, no obligation, a pair of underwear embossed with the likeness of Casey Cainan and Shonty or a coffee cub, buyers choice.

You can have the coffee mug, no problem...I rarely do coffee.
Yaro was always taking that promo picture of us on either side of Cassandra and putting it everywhere; including coffee mugs (no underwear....TG) They were used it as a booking tool for fairs and at conventions. We also sold them at our novelty stand; actually sold quite a few!
I'd send you one seeing as how you seem excited about Casey's mug but, there aren't anymore.
