what is the embarasment of the bottom photo and what do you know about it's origins

The embarrassment is of folks using animals for playthings.

Wade - make a snap judgement on this split second in these animals lives - do they appear to be stressed, tormented or ill at ease?
If your answer is "yes", please tell me where this photo was taken and, in the interests of animal welfare, I will go there and take their place. LOL
These animals swim in a show daily.
