For Glenn--Shai Valentina LDV, my Simeon Shai daughter.

Simeon Shai X Immyria

Nothing is perfect, but the purpose of breeding these beautiful animals is to get as close to "perfect" as is possible. Can any of you horsemen out there point out Valentina's major conformation weakness in these photos(which her daughter doesn't have as MS Tewfik "fixed" it.)

I'll have a stab and say she has a high wither and seems short to her quarters because of this,I'm no expert.Just going off the photo.Thankyou again for showing the world some great horses of which I had the pleasure to be around.Cheers

Glenn,
Not bad. She is very straight shouldered, which makes the withers look high. High withers isn't a bad deal, it holds a saddle better then mutton withers which a lot of Arabians had years ago(Raffles for one). She seems short in the quarters, because she is weak in the loins. You need much more then a great pedigree to produce champions. You have to see that pedigree on the animal's being bred, not just see it on paper. What you can't see in the picture is a severe overbite, which is a major flaw in halter horses. She got her Daddies head and neck, but that is about all, and her Mamma's blood didn't fix any of the flaws.
The future King of England has an impeccable pedigree, going back hundred's of years, down side is he sires pigeon toes and hemophilia. LOL
