No Spin Book now open

EARLY LINE SIXTY TO ONE ODDS

CHALK---The Elvis Errani elephants

ANGLE---It also seems that there's already an agreement of a Silver for the elephants this year

HOT TIP---I've known all the artistic directors in MC, from Urs Pilz, Patrick Hourdequin, Eddie Murillo, Francois Bronett, Jacques Provence. Each one had involvement with the booking of acts after the festival. The Prince used to be very aware of that, so he changed directors every 4-5 years. But the formula aged with the Prince. The Prince passed away and the formula is still aging. And very badly.

CHERRY PICK---They sign with Ringling for the European tour

BEARD BETS ACCEPTED AS WELL AS PUNTERS FROM THE UK

FUTURES---When we start laying "odds" for the cat act for the RBBB European Tour, get your markers in because it will be a shocker.

EVEN MONEY---It is so guaranteed any more. Dollar for dollar no vigorish or juice.

I bet the only act seen in recent years in Europe that will be on the Gold will be the elephant act. They know from the tour of 45 years ago that they can't show acts recently seen in Europe and will bring acts from stateside.

Wow, this is a hot post.
Wade, I don't want doubt about the reputation of your source about past MC artistic directors, but I must say that at least Mr.Hourdequin was very fair with the booking of acts and never involved in performers' careers. He is still in the commitee as artistic advisor.

To Mr.Flint: I agree with your point. But remember that in Europe there are many "fresh" acts. Ringling can bring in Italy many European acts news for our country. Ringling can also dress very well an Italian elephant act to make it American.
As the oracle Wade says, you wait and see.

I believe the elephant act that may be with the new Gold unit was in Rome (or nearby) last Fall. Are any dates or countries known for the Gold tour other than the opening in Italy?
