You just can't resist posting shots of these ladies, can you, Wade? And I do understand.
I'll give you another chance in January once I've been to France for a few shows.

Again, for anyone who has not seen the video of this act, it is fantastic and a must see:
http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=HcT9Cv25Y7Y&feature=related
When we went to visit my daughter and her family at Thanksgiving, this was one of four videos that I showed to my daughter and granddaughter.
The other three are:
A. Fredy Knie's living carousel posted on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 "Fredy Knie Jr. Family 2006".
B. Merry Lu Casselly's contortion act posted on Sunday, October 26, 2008 "For Any British or European Readers".
C. The Russian Vaulting Act posted on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, the first one posted under "Now that you have the feel of judging, be a Circus awards Best o the Best judge".
I love them all.

John,
Why not? It is classy. I don't want to give folks the impression all is lost. There are still a number of bright spots.

Mary Ann,
Thanks for posting as I hadn't seen it.
I have mixed feelings on it.
I can very much appreciate the training that went into it but I never got that emotional "wow". Maybe ran to fast for my taste. I prefer slower and more precise. Anyway, thanks again for posting it.

Jody,
You hit on the greatest advantage to a smaller European venue, and the greatest disadvantage to a lager American venue. Nothing often looks great in a small tent, and great often looks like nothing in a coliseum. In this case the beauty of this act is the good looking elephants and horses, presented by beauty, although I prefer the liberty act with the 4 elephants and 4 horses better then this act. Looking at the Monte Carlo standard, I think if they had been more like "strippers" and not so "theater/art" they may have done better then silver. Now that the ECA has been classed as "Art/culture". Bring on the Chippendales!!!!! You gotta love it.

Anonymous,
So what? It doesn't matter if she is 10 or 100, she is still a talented, beautiful girl, as is her mother. I think you have my intentions mixed up with another tiger person. LOL

Anonymous,
I think you assumed wrong. The one I was referring to doesn't care for performers. They prefer the younger working staff. It aided in getting it over the road, all by themselves.
