all I can say is they look like cool cats to me.I am going with "content".I can not understand how an animal could be cynical .Hungry,angry ,content,happy? like yay I am so happy I can do this trick better than anyone..

What if the cruelest, most vicious trainer trained them. Would the the expression be "content" as you suggest? They have no idea what a trick is.

Actually in High School I worked at the Franklin Park Zoo in Boston.
