Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

"An apparently disturbed worker was mauled to death by three tigers at the Singapore Zoo today when he deliberately jumped into their enclosure, the zoo said.
The white tigers pounced on the 32-year-old contract cleaner after he jumped into the moat surrounding their enclosure and then moved toward the animals, the zoo said."

"Horrified visitors screamed as zookeepers rushed into the tiger enclosure to try to rescue the victim."
Since the Tatiana incident last Christmas, many zoos have upgraded their safety and security procedures. However, I would imagine that it would be as difficult to prevent something like this as it would be to prevent someone from walking out onto a freeway.
What a way to go!
