1989. I remember visiting Barum that year or one before. Elephants and Exotic act was presented by Sacha Houcke Jr. Great menagerie back then. Huge zebra herd and of course Gerd Siemoneit Barum's spectacular mixed act (hope I use the correct term ;-)). I think I still have the program at home. Great memories.

If you meant "spectacular" in reference to anything Gerd did, yes that is the correct term. LOL I have been having some private conversations with Karsten. Seems like a good fellow.
