The Mary Rivers-Downey Team

In front: Stepanie Cons and trick mini “Flea” (L-R): Mary Rivers and “Imke” the Friesian stallion, Deke Rivers - whip artist, Escalarta with “Dusty” and “Spanky”, and friends Jen and Deanna with “Monte Carlo” and Paul Vance

The group—consisting of two Friesians, two quarter horses, a miniature horse, and a multitude of riders and handlers—is based out of Ocala, Florida. The specialized sidesaddle and trick-riding act performs at fairs, rodeos, and equine shows all over the contiguous United States as well as such far-flung locations as Alaska and Puerto Rico, and they fly the horses to the more distant . destinations. In addition, they have a breeding program for black horses and take on apprentices to learn sidesaddle riding and trick training.

I expect that the paper hung, sufficiently makes up for any perceived "one-upsmanship"?

That is Denny Chapman on the roman team. He is an awesome trick horse trainer in his own right. Started out working with the Kentucky Horse Park for 15 yrs as Breeds Barn Manager and had his own "Best of the West" show for two years before he came to Florida. www.dennychapman.com
His commercials are on RFD-TV for Mane N'Tail and can be reached from his website. He is also sponsored by Suncoast Shavings for his Surfin' Cowboy Act. Mary

Actually, I just sent those to Wade so he would know who we were not exactly that I wanted them posted. I find that even though I was raised with the Bale family, I seemed to have disappeared when I went into rodeo, fairdates and Wild West. I really wasn't prepared to see them all over the Blog....honest.:)

Casey,
A big old full sheet will cover a lot of holes in the side of a barn. Welcome to show business.

Mary,
We are just joking again. The same thing happened when I went on Ringling in 1984. You get isolated and lose track of a lot of people. And I encourage you to send more photos, particularly of your daughter, if I may request. LOL

Mary,
Tell here they are on the way, and to have her bags packed. If she is half as smart as she is beautiful, her ship has come in, and she is going to want to be at the dock, so she doesn't miss it.

If her ship is a two seater canoe with a half an ore, and she doesn't mind paddling up stream, Wade may be the ship for her. He may try to give some story about being a yacht,,,but tell her to check his recent charts and itinerary. There are previous passengers from the boat here to ask, I advise life rafts and jackets,LOL

To Whom it may concern:
The support I have received in this endevour has been truly overwhelming and heartwarming. Thank you one and all. A finer team of paper hangers is not to be found. I hope I can count on each and everyone of you next time I need an endorsement.

Always here when you need an "Ignorant Opinion" from a guy with "No Accomplishments",,lol

PS
I thought the canoe sounded half ass romantic, at first I considered the Lusitania or Titanic, but I truly am a GREAT friend...
I think you got this one in the bag,,,,lol
