Why do people who don't know something try to insinuate something that isn't there?

From anonymous:

I heard this story SECOND HAND, so some of the facts might be a little blurry...
When Sascha Houcke came to GSOE/USA he did not receive or was not allotted enough ring time for his charges.

Unruffled, he rounded up hay bales and made an ring and practiced to his heart's content in a nondescript part of the Tampa fairgrounds. Needless to say his charges were ready and polished in spite of RBBB red tape and politics.

Here's the kicker: the "theater/tech folks" would stare in total disbelief that this horse trainer could/would/did get his job done WITHOUT their involvement.
Circus trumps Theater every time.
By the way, Sascha and family are friends of mine and my family, I'm not telling tales out of School.

"I can only assume this comment ran on the History Channel because it was an obvious knock at Ringling. If you think stories get twisted by your next door neighbor listen to one after it has made a 2000 mile trip to Europe and back a couple of times. I like hearing from John Cooper and Vincent Manero and others as it helps set the record straight. I have know people to go to a new country and make up a whole life. I have been keeping these pictures to post with this comment, and of course this "expert" is anonymous. If he had asked his "good pal" Sasha Houcke he would have probably learned it was the norm, for various reasons, the building isn't ready yet, and we can't move in for 2 more days is an obvious reason. Or should I be like this Anonymous person, an assume that a big money affair like Monte Carlo can't afford 2 sets of ring curb. I know better, and this is a special show they do outside each year for publicity, and Sasha Houcke was probably pretty comfortable with the hay bales that he "masterfully" made use of. I really wish some people would "with it and for it" someplace else."
