Looks like she is riding with single rein probably snaffle bit. Would like to see a video of what all the horse does.

A snaffle bit is sufficient for a few movements. These are not high school acts. The are introductions to other horse related acts. But yes, if you are doing a full scale high school routine, you would have a mouth full of iron. For a Spanish walk, etc. or something basic, no.
