A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Unknown quality because of bad picture. I hope pictures like this aren't out there of my horses.
Dianne,
Without passing judgment on an individual I don't know, this was the same guy doing "roll backs" instead of "waltzes" with his liberty horses, that I posted a couple of weeks ago.
You can bet there are pictures like this if they were shot from the seats by an inexperience photographer. Rob Hess who photographed the pictures you sent of the 3 Andalusians honed his skill with Arabians, and could probably make the "swiss rider and his mount" look like Dr. Klimke winning gold. LOL

Looks like alot of pressure high in the horses mouth way up high pulling against the cheeks with an obvious single bit. Pretty rough stuff. Mouth is open and no deouby salivatating, or however you say it.Rider looks kind of rough around the edges.Kind of feel sorry for the horse.
Johnny,
I agree with you on this one also. That's two in a row, cowboy.
