So, why doesn't somebody have a liberty act here as nice as the ones you have posted?

Wade or Dianne,
Do you know anyone that might have a video of RR's liberty act. Surely someone must have one....

Jody,
You will have to ask John Milton Herriott that question. Dianne and I gave our thoughts on why, ranging from flooring to finances, and we were told we were wrong, and I have been trying to get the reason ever sense.
Even pictures of the liberty act are hard to find. I assume because it played fairs, and it may have been hard to get pictures. A tape of it would be great, but FYI John Milton said it was shit.

Hmmmmmmm.

"JM said it was shit"

Roy Rogers and his "shit" liberty horses? Doesn't have a good ring to my ears..

With all due respect to JM,
I'd prefer to make that judgement on my own if I ever was able to get my hands on one.....

I wonder if they were ever on tv?
Might be able to track one down there..

I assume you are referring to Roy Rogers-Glenn Randall palomino liberty horses. I made no reference about this act except that it was very good. They did not all rear, but did a long mount instead that was part of Glenn's liberty routines. THERE WAS CONTROVERSEY WHEN THEY WORKED a circus date in New York area and were spooked by being around cats and elephants. Bear in mind they were a rodeo act and did not get around circuses. Again it was not I who would have knocked this well trained act.

John,
I am sorry it may not have been you who made the comments. But there were a number of controversial comments about the act on another blog. What about Jody's other question, any thoughts on that?
