A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Wade, you are both very good-looking and talented, a gorgeous couple.

I'm so glad you didn't say "wasn't she." It was one of the best elephant acts around, even if I do say so myself. LOL. Where is Billy now?
Margaret,
I haven't seen you in many years, why would I say "wasn't she." I can only assume like me, you haven't changed at all.
Billy currently lives in Tenn. She was "retired" in 1993, when she was deemed unmanageable. Nobody touched her until, 2005 when I loaded her up for the trip. She didn't seem so tough, but I guess people look at all things differently.

Mary Ann,
Thank you. It's what "show biz" is about. It has changed though.

How about some more pictures of that good looking oldest son of yours?
Adam,
You didn't put your last name, but I have a son named Adam also. He is actually my second son and I have posted pictures of him. My real oldest son, the one I am the most proud of I put up for adoption years ago. I don't have any pictures of him so I can't run them. I can only assume he will probably be President of the United States some day, and I will regret giving him the boot. I have just learned to console myself with what I kept. My second son Adam, actually made me understand why some animals eat their young a couple of time. But I love him none the less.
Wade
