Ben, Do you suppose these places touted themselves as "saving an endangered species", or "wildlife conservation", or "skilled breeders for future generation of children". I think once we grew up, and didn't want a tea cup monkey any more, we have to honestly say, "maybe, some type of regulation was necessary?"
