What an odd arena they used at Thousand Oaks.  The solid wall seems strange as well as the the way the seats were attached(note picture below of Pat Anthony.   When using a situation like this, it is easy to see how all the act's were "basically" the same, just with different species of animals used.  I had a circus producer ask me a few months ago, who all the cage act's in Mexico were basically the same.  I asked him how many years he had used the same props on his show.  He replied, "for about 50 years."  I said, how can you train something different if you are using the same equipment, year after year.  Elephant act's consist of tubs and possibly a spindle.   How many different things can you do on a tub?
