A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

This is nothing. Alex and Roger will be not concerned or waste time watching this. They have great tricks in acts. I will watch for Alex Lacey to train many more tigers doing walking together. Not wasting time watching nothing.
Anonymous,
Don't you think Roger Falck is capable of traing "many more tigers doing walking together?"
Why are you so embarrassed of Alex, you can not sign your name so you can be associated with him? Are you afraid people will laugh at what silly things you say?
Wade
Wade - this really is an anonymouse.
Wow...I am speechless. Sounds like something my mother would say, only without the "doing walking together" accent,,,,LOL
Seriously I have seen many videos of Alex Lacey, and a couple of Roger Falck, and their dual hind legs look great. Alex sells his very well and makes it exciting. Rogers seems very controlled. This is a training video of a trick I am working on because Wade already did three tigers,,,and Wade, Gunther, Josip, Alex, Taba, Roger, and others did two. I guess I should spend less time training tigers, and more time training my fan base,,,,LOL. It takes a special kinda "fan" or even "family" be jealous "of" someone else "for" someone else,,,,LOL
Whether it's one or ten,for me a for/backward hindleg walking/jumping tiger stays one of the most beautiful seights I can think of.
Rob,
You are absolutely right. "BAck in the day" it was only the elite act's that had one, until the great GGW did two. As training skills advanced one or multiple hind leg walks have become more common place. Now is the time to move on to something different so the public doesn't become tired of looking at the same thing for the next 50 years. Or quality what is really a great one, and what is a so so one, with a standard. That's why after training 3 hind leg walks, I became bored and trained the corbette. It is now time for the next generation to train a back flip, and the next generation to train a front foot walk.
Wade
Wade Mon Cherie;
