What's going on in Europe? Krone has Togni's horse's and will be combining with Bouglione this winter for a presentation and Roncalli has Florian Richter's fabulous equine production(What is the Richter Circus using in Hungary?) for their 35 Anniversary Tour. Are circus's in Europe "combining" their talent's in touch economic times, although we have all been assured "business is great," with no family connection's, instead acting like smart business people and consolidating their efforts for something great instead of limping along, with it and for it with some low rent production, which continues to force people to find another avenue for their entertainment dollar/euro/pound?

  2. John Milton,
I assume Florian Richter and his wife Judith for the bulk of the presentation. Our friends from across the wet bit will have to help us with the name's of any additional presenters. Speaking of which, where is Robert Stipka Jr. at the moment?

  4. Chris,
Thank you for the link. Any idea what is being used for horse acts on the Richter Circus this year, or who is working with the elephants and camels? Or is Richter not going out this year?

  5. Hi Wade,
I'm not sure. I wondered the same thing when I originally saw this video, but I just assumed the show would not be traveling without him?
    Happy Memorial Day Weekend!,

  6. Hi folks!
Joszef Richter jr. is doing the remaining house acts in Hungarya I heard.
I think it's great they're teaming up for bringing kick ass spectacles.
Bouglione has atracted some business talent and now they got that they're bringing the effing Krone herd to Paris, isn't that great?!
And if it took some rough financial times to circus people to team up or think outside their boxes, so'll be it! If more people around Europe are able to see good shows, I'm not complaining ;)

  7. Simon,
I appreciate your youthful enthusiasm, :) and agree with you 100%. That is what made the Texas Dates, Evansville and other "spot dates" so wondrous years ago here in America. Could you imagine a show combining Krones, Knies, Tognis, and Richters animals!!!! I think I would even fly to Europe just to see that.
