A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

I am thinking a certain "animal entrepreneur" should have used a photo like this to "bait" a certain trainer into playing "dress up" one more time,,lol
Casey,
A certain trainer, was more then aware of what is there in Evansville. It would have taken much more then that for one more "dress up." It's not like back in the day anymore when you were going up against the Baumanns, Gebels, Marcans, Knies, Seimoniets, Clubbs, and Chipperfields for a moment of "steel arena glory". Now it's the young Burcks, the Cainans, the young Rosairs, young Franzen, Von Duke etc. That is as challenging as playing a game of HORSE with a Gelada Baboon.
By reports, it was a "sad" Evansville with many traditional "players" absent, including said certain "animal entrepreneur." He is a prideful man, who isn't as proud as he once was.

Rebecca,
And I used to look forward to it walking past my dressing room, two and three times a day.
