Bertram Mills Circus had the "New Mills type cage" in 1962. If you go to my Albums on Facebook, Early years in England part TWO, you can see a photo of it with Bela Roucka's Jungle Phantasy.(Tigers, pumas, leopards & panther)
ReplyDeleteSue,
ReplyDeleteHow are you? While I appreciate your "enthusiasm" for Bertram Mills :) as well as Raffie's for Togni, the pull up cage has been around since 1949 at least.
In this case I was referring to what is known and used world wide in zoo's as "Carlos Mesh."
