A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

How To Identify a Mexican "Radar"
I was talking to Casey Cainan yesterday and he asked me if there were any "Radar's" in Mexico, as if the United States was the only place where you could find talent like that!!!!! Numbnutness is world wide, Casey. Above is Vincente, my Radar. He is Poncho Aguilar's nephew, and Poncho gave him to me as a "gift," after he was 86ed off the concession department for tardiness with the request to "please take him, so I don't have to send him back home." I tried to "gift" him to rival Circo Chino in exchange for two Gypsy Vanners, but they didn't want the deal. As of yet Vincente has not discovered elephant history, texting babes while on the job, or photographing snow for Princess Stephie, so he is not completely worthless. Right now he is pretty excited about discovering whiskey flavored condoms, so he keeps himself busy cataloging how many different "flavors" are actually available, and he can find. Fortunately(unlike in Casey's case), I have a crack crew of 5 others to take up the slack for Vincente, who is normally late 5 out of 7 day's.
FYI Radar, Vincente is pretty sharp and here's the game he run's. Each morning when he is late, he runs across the street to the Krispy Kreme and buys one glazed donut and a large coffee. As he runs into the tent late for practice and I start to unload on him he looks at me with hurt eye's and say's, "Mr. Wadea, I only wanted you to have a coffee and dona," as he hands me the "alibi." That's being on top of your game, Radar. Vincente say's if you want to use the gaff, you are more then welcome.
