A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Hannaford Circus 1969 Carson and Barnes Circus 1962 Written on the back, Susie in front, Jenny behind her, Mable behind Susie's head, Joskey on the end.
Jenny and Mable both disappeared to Mexico - Jenny in 1964 to a "Mexican group" and Mabel in 1973 to Gran Circo Union. Joskey died in 1968. Susie is now leased to the Ringling Gold Unit.
