Jim, granted The Great Oregon Steam-Up is not Carter's Steam Fair, but the Crown need's to cut us some slack. It's an effort in the right direction. In addition to the Antique Powerland Museum Association established to operate the museum site, Powerland presently encompasses 15 additional museums and heritage organizations operating in partnership.
